Facilities

Lalaphansi means ‘sleep down’ or ‘lie down’ in Isizulu. At Lalaphansi we invite you to share our home with us by offering you and your family the very best of accommodation in our Seahorse, Dolphin and Marlin apartments.

The self-catering apartments are right on the beach and offer you fully serviced, sea facing accommodation with air-conditioned bedrooms plus M-Net and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are supplied, braai facilities are available and there is a remote control gate with secure parking in our grounds. All our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen.

The Seahorse unit is perfect for a couple or family with one child. Everything was clean and homely. We appreciated the tea, coffee and sugar that was provided. It is a lovely and quiet environment. We will visit again.

We travelled the alternative route to Lalaphansi and on arriving there the only thing we were looking forward to was a nice whiskey and cola. We had whiskey but no cola and ice, but our hosts were so nice they supplied us with ice and cola. The next day we wanted to braai but due to the bad weather there was no roof to braai under, but our hosts bought a nice big umbrella for us to braai under. Nearer to the beach you can't get with this place. There is no buildings in front to obstruct your view. The place is nice and clean and there is a balcony from where you can look far over the ocean. I will recommend this place to anyone. Thumbs up for Pam and Rustin and the dogs
