The room and the grounds are beautiful but the service leaves much to be desired. We actually felt really uncomfortable here, it was as if our presence was a nuisance. Plus the atmosphere was severely lacking given that we only saw one other set of guests. We just stayed one night waiting for a flight out of Kilimanjaro thinking that we would go into Arusha but it was still 13 km into town. Next time I would stay either in Arusha proper or closer to the airport.
