La Zarre Guest Cottage

La Zarre Guest Cottage is located in Franschhoek, which is known as the food and wine capital of the country. The lovely Vine Cottage derives its name from the preserved vine in the front that has been growing for 60 years.

The cottage offers guests two air-conditioned bedrooms with a shared bathroom, consisting of a shower only and a heated towel rail. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and opens onto the front garden and pool area, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a double.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas stove and oven, a convection oven, a toaster and tea and coffee facilities, and guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable corner couch and is equipped with a TV with full DStv, a DVD player, and guests also have access to Wi-Fi.

Guests can relax in the hammock in front of the cottage and enjoy the lovely mountain views or on hot days, guests can cool down in the raised splash pool which is situated in the manicured garden in front of the cottage and also contains a picnic area. In addition, guests can make use of the braai boma which can be used to braai or just as a bonfire while visiting with friends and family and looking up at the stars.
