The fully equipped kitchen is stylish and modern, and a separate laundry room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is fitted with an entertainment system, which includes a TV and DVD player.

The sunset-facing balcony is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue facility, and an outdoor table and four chairs. In addition, a child-safe heated swimming pool is provided for guests' enjoyment and a house maid comes in every weekday to service the house.
