Description
La Résidence de Trou Aux Biches is a new residential complex built to accommodate tourists who wish to opt for more affordable, comfortable and well-managed facilities. It is located only 30 m from the famous Trou Aux Biches Beach which is reputed to be the island’s best. The complex houses a famous pizzeria as well as a small seafood corner.
The development has 10 Studios on the ground floor and 12 Two-bedroom Apartments on the first floor, all with fully equipped kitchenettes. The complex has six apartments with sea views and six apartments overlooking the sugar cane fields that extend towards the village and the mountain ranges. The apartments have two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a comfortable lounge opening onto a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have TVs featuring Mauritius channels and satellite channels; safe deposit boxes; and household linen.
Each Studio has an area of 50 square metres and accommodates two adults. An extra cot may be added upon request. They have fully equipped kitchenettes, bathrooms, verandahs opening onto a 25 m private enclosed garden. The Studios are air-conditioned, they have ceiling fans, TVs featuring Mauritius channels and satellite channels; safe deposit boxes; and household linen.
Ideally located next to the village supermarket called ‘Chez Popo’, items of daily use are readily available. The other services are equally within easy reach such as the post office, medical care, banks and police. The bus stop is right in front of the complex for easy, affordable, island wide access through public transportation.
