Description

This unit is an exclusive and contemporary villa designed to offer guests an unforgettable stay. The villa consists of two bedrooms, all fully furnished and air-conditioned. The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a balcony that faces the sunrise. The second bedroom features twin single beds and a separate shower bathroom, and a further two people can be accommodated in the lounge if necessary on a sleeper couch.

The spacious open-plan living area includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The dining area can seat up to four people and overlooks the swimming pool. The fully equipped kitchen is stylish and modern, and a separate laundry room offers a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge is fitted with an entertainment system, which includes a TV and DVD player.

The sunset-facing balcony is equipped with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue facility, and an outdoor table and four chairs. In addition, a child-safe heated swimming pool is provided for guests' enjoyment and a house maid comes in every weekday to service the house.
