Description

8 La Mer is a super double storey holiday apartment –literally a few steps away from the golden beach and warm waters of the Indian Ocean. 8 La Mer is situated on Compensation Beach Road in Ballito – close to the shops, but even closer to the beach.

This accommodation, which sleeps six people, is secured by security gates as well as an alarm system. Ceiling fans are available. There is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area that flow out onto a patio with a braai area and a short walk down a grassed area to the direct beach access gate. This takes you down onto the beach. Ideal for that holiday, during which you can rest at night to the sound of the ocean.

The unit includes a comfortable Lounge equipped with a TV as well as a DVD player. There is a DSTV facility- You are welcome to bring your own DSTV decoder and Smart card or you are welcome to rent a decoder for R50.00 per day. The lounge leads out onto a patio area where there is a braai and garden area. The dining room has a six seater dining room suite. The kitchen is sunny and open plan and equipped with all necessary utensils as well as appliances. In addition to the stove, oven and microwave, there is a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer.

The first floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Main Bedroom is a
large, airy room with a double bed and sea views. The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds in them. The second bathroom has a large bath in it as well as a toilet and basin. Bedroom two and three share this bathroom.

The apartment is serviced daily with the exception of Weekends and Public Holidays. This service is included in the daily rate.

There is a Compulsory Out Clean of R375.00 for every booking.
