La Hermitage is a magnificent double-storey, three-bedroom villa situated in Fresnaye, with sea and mountain views to die for. We are one of four villas within a security complex, yet totally private with a palm garden and mirrored swimming pool and Jacuzzi area. This villa is an absolute entertainer’s delight with all the modern conveniences both in and outside the villa.

There are three double bedrooms situated upstairs which lead onto the patio with magnificent sea and mountain views. There is an outside seating area on the patio with chairs and a table for your morning coffee. The bedrooms have king-size beds with percale linen; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a sleeper couch; there are two bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, full double electric oven and hob, a gas hob, a hot rock steak grill. A washing machine, tumble-dryer and a chest-type deep freeze are housed in the garage leading into the kitchen.

The open-plan lounge and dining room have a six-seater dining table and there are two three-seater brown leather sofas with matching ottomans. There is also a TV with a Pioneer Hi-Fi, Blue-Ray player, full DStv, a computer work station with ADSL and a full bar area. The house has a sunken lounge with two-seater sofas, two cane formal chairs and a lovely gas fireplace for winter warmth.

There is a beautiful swimming pool with a cascading fountain and mirrored wall reflecting the palms and sea views, as well as a heated Jacuzzi under the stars. There is a choice of two braai areas with overhead lighting and a marble serving slab. The house has underfloor heating throughout and there is an automatic security gate with private parking for three cars.
