La Crete Sands 22 is located in a secure complex with a swimming pool and has a lock-up garage with an extra parking bay near the apartment. The apartment has a balcony with a large built in-braai and patio set.

The Uvongo beach area is beautiful and the waterfall is a truly grand sight, with canoes on the lagoon and waves crashing into the tidal pool. The Natal Parks Board operates the Skyline Nature Reserve in Uvongo. The River Reserve starts at the tennis courts in Uvongo and the Oribi Gorge is spectacular. This is the region's most famous scenic drive.
