Kossan Private Game Reserve

Kossan Private Game Reserve is a 1000-hectare reserve located 38 km west of Kimberley in the Northern Cape. The reserve is strictly self-catering and can accommodate 12 guests in five chalets.

The lodge has a comfortable lounge with a fireplace for those cold winter nights and it also includes a pool table. Meals can be enjoyed either in the lodge or on the outside verandah. The verandah is situated in front of the lodge and it overlooks the waterhole where you can watch all sorts of animals as they come to drink. There is also an open-air fireplace lapa where stories can be told late into the night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for self-catering.

The reserve is home to 14 different species of antelope, as well as zebra and warthog. Activities include game drives, bush walks, birding, mountain biking and sleep outs. We are an establishment that caters for the true nature lover. Our mission is to give you a place to come and rest when you want to get away from your daily routine and forget about work for a while.
