Elegant Desert Horse Inn consists of 24 tastefully decorated rooms with spacious en-suite bathrooms.
Enjoy a sundowner on the sundeck, at the Wild Horse Bar or at the fireplace in the lounge during the winter months before you sit down for your three-course dinner in the restaurant.

We gladly take you to the Wild Horses or show you the dune-sea at the Koichab, the Camel Thorn Forest or the rock art at Kirchberg Mountain. Go for a hiking tour in the mountains of Aus or join us on an adventurous excursion in a four-wheel drive.

The coastal town of Lüderitz and the deserted diamond settlement Kolmanskop are merely an hours’ drive away.

What a delightful establishment! We resided for one night in the cabins, set in the mountains with endless views! Well kept, neat and clean. Clearly a favorite amongst locals and tourists as the establishment was fully booked. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast.

We were upgraded to Eagle's Nest because of the damage due to rain in March. What a beautiful place to stay! Piet Swiegers you are the best!

We stayed here for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The landscape is stunning and the hiking routes are really nice. We will return to do the other routes. What a beautiful place. The people are friendly and helpful.
