The cottage is very private, fully enclosed and surrounded by
indigenous east Cape bush and trees. set on a magnificent sea facing smallholding in the pristine Chelsea Conservancy on the New Seaview Road about 8 km outside Port Elizabeth at the end of the world renowned Garden Route.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, large living area
and a well-equipped kitchen including a washing machine.
The birdlife is a delight for
twitchers!
The views from the cottage are exquisite, over looking the Indian Ocean and it is surrounded by milkwood trees and indigenous Eastern Cape bush. The Port Elizabeth Airport is 20 minutes to this relaxing escape from the rat race! Please no smoking in cottage. Big 5 tours are available within 1 hours drive away at the Shamwari Game Park and the Addo Elephant Park whilst the Kragga Kamma Game Park is just 10 minutes away! Our local Seaview Lion Breeding Park is also just 15 minutes away. Excellent shopping, dining and cinemas at nearby Walmer Park shopping centre (12 kms) and the Boardwalk area and casino at the seafront is not too far away yet you are private and safe in our Chelsea conservancy.
