The classic cottage style house was built in 1950s following a British Architect’s plan. This house was recently restored and renovated to bring the true classical character back to the cottage, using yellow wood and Oregon pine. The cottage style design, interior design, fireplace, warm towel railings and gas stove create a wonderful warm and homely feeling.
The house has one main bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds, a bunker bed and single bed in the lounge area. In total this unit can accommodate 7 people with its fully equipped kitchen.
The sea is approximately 50 meters from the house and you will hear the waves crashing from the main bedroom. The house is situated in an exclusive coastal village of Port Elizabeth with easy access roads to both Walmer and Summerstrand.

Open plan three story luxury Oregon wooden house with an stunning view over the sea in a exclusive coastal village of Port Elizabeth.
The large house has one main bedroom, a second bedroom with two beds and a third story loft with currently two beds. There is however ample space to add more beds in the loft area.
The Second floor is a very large open plan design with a kitchen, lounge and dinning room. This hall has a zig-zag sliding door that can open up 6 meters on a pauper’s balcony which allows you to watch the crashing waves, dolphins and whales (Almost 180 degree view).
Please note that the dream house has two sets of stairs with a pauper’s balcony, so if you have children you would need to keep and eye on them. This unit is the landlords personal dream house.
