Jay's Boma is a rustic stone building, hidden in a forested part of Kosmos on a plateau, which ensures privacy while still providing you with a great view of the Hartbeespoort dam.

Accommodation consists of a separate wing attached to the main house, but completely apart, with its own private entrance.

One master bedroom, furnished with a queen-size bed and one large party-room, with four single beds. One bathroom with a vast shower in rustic stone.

A huge fireplace, a massive bar-counter which opens up on an outside braai area. As well as a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven microwave and utensils for eight people.

Coffee tea and rusks are supplied. The entertainment area is large enough to accommodate plenty of guests for outside dining and braai activities under a massive oak tree.

There is a TV in the bar which will ensure that you won't miss any sport or other of your favourite programs.

The village of Kosmos has a variety of things to do, amongst others there is an exclusive picnic and braai area on the shore with a landing area for boats for Jay's Boma guests (no power boat provided – but boat trips can be arranged) Canoe is available.

There are four golf courses are close by (Sandy Lane, Pecanwood, Magalies Park and the new development Seasons, on the old Brits Golf course.)
