The Island of Mauritius boasts pristine public beaches, located throughout the coastline, making this the ideal holiday destination for those who want to enjoy the calm turquoise sea and soak up the sun. A holiday destination offering a wide variety of activities catering to everyone’s needs young and old alike. Being a tourist driven island, the peaceful people of Mauritius are friendly and helpful and will make you feel right at home during your stay. We can assure you after your first visit it won’t be your last as Mauritius offers a unique, breathtaking beauty that will compel to return to its shores time and time again. Jardin Du Cap is a brand new complex, set in a tropical garden with a spectacular pool area. There are 2 units available to rent which can be utilized as one unit or used separately. They comprise a 2 bedroom penthouse that can sleep up to 6 people (preferably 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults) with views looking out onto the pool area. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove, electric oven and washing machine. The main bedroom is en-suite comprising a queen bed with air-conditioning, vanity area, and cupboard and bath/shower bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with air-conditioning. A 2nd bathroom with shower is also found in the penthouse. The enclosed balcony area consists of dining area and lounge area with TV. The kitchen and lounge area have fans. The studio comprises an air conditioned bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette area with a fridge/freezer, two plate stove and microwave oven. Hairdryers are found in all the bedrooms. This unit can comfortably sleep 2 adults. Here you will find an abundance of shops and restaurants as well as many beach activities e.g. kayaking, peddle boats, catamaran rides, and fishing, glass bottom boats and snorkeling to name a few. 5 minutes drive brings you to Grand Bay – famously known as the most vibrant place in Mauritius; here you will find restaurants, shops, nightlife and entertainment in abundance. Deep sea fishing and all other excursions for example day trips to Gabrielle Island or Ilse aux Cerf can also be arranged at Grand Bay. Undersea walks, diving, and submarine excursions are also available. Here you will also find the hypermarket called the ‘Super-U’. A 10 minute drive takes you to the Trou aux Biche Casino and Golf Club. Some activities offered on the island: Snorkeling – Explore the beautiful underwater sea treasures. Golfing – World class golf courses. Spas – For those who want to pampered, there are many spas to choose from. Deep Sea Fishing - Mauritius is a paradise for deep sea fishing. Species include the blue or black marlin, all types of sharks, yellow tuna, the Bonitos, the ‘emperor’, the ‘pélerin’, the ‘bécune’ or the barracuda.
