Jan Kemp Hotel offers the ideal stopover for the tired business person as well as for anyone needing a peaceful overnight stay en route to the ever popular flowered landscapes of the West Coast or the game parks in Namibia. Your host Berta will introduce you to Northern Cape hospitality at its best.

The hotel is situated in the small town of Jan Kemp Dorp, on the border of the North West and Northern Cape Provinces, just 40 km from the Free State border en route to Bloemfontein. Jan Kemp Hotel offers 18 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.

Features at the hotel include a beautiful garden, swimming pool, barbecue facilities, and dining area. Secure parking is also offered on the premises.

We can really recommend this establishment to everyone. SOOO much better than a guest house. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Although we were late arriving on a Sunday night, we could even order a delicious plate of sandwiches. The host, Berta was an information goldmine about the area.

We received good service and value for money. We enjoyed the food for supper and breakfast. There is safe parking in a locked courtyard, which makes for a relaxed stay. My 14 year old enjoyed the pool. The service was friendly! I can recommend the Jan Kemp Hotel.
