Jade Cottage

The moment you arrive at Jade Cottage, you feel like you have arrived in heaven. The feel of the home is inviting, casual yet elegant, and exudes peace and tranquility from every angle.

Jade Cottage offers guests fantastic panoramic 360-degree views of the mountain and the ocean, all the way to glowing sunsets over Table Mountain. We are conveniently situated just a short distance to Gordons Bay's famous Bikini Beach and the Marina Yacht Club, pub and restaurant, and in close proximity to Gordons Bay village for shopping, casual dining venues, and long walks along the beach. 

The first floor level comprises an open-plan area incorporating the dining room, lounge and kitchen areas, all with clear views out onto the bay and patio doors onto the sun deck and pool area.  In addition, there is a cosy separate lounge with fireplace leading onto the pool deck and the covered al fresco dining area, with built-in fireplace or gas barbecue.  There are three televisions, and we have music systems and DVD players in both lounges. This level of the house is completed by a guest toilet and a separate laundry/scullery area with automatic dishwasher that leads onto a secure courtyard. 

Up the double volume stairs we offer three main bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom/study with a fold down sleeper couch for two people. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double oval bath and separate shower, and there are two additional bathrooms upstairs. The children's room at the end of the passage offers a small TV with DStv and a double bunk for two kids or singles. All bedrooms have stunning views of the sea and the mountains.  There is also a large wooden deck leading off the study upstairs where you can soak up the sun and the 360-degree views.

The home is luxuriously furnished and fitted out to accommodate three to four couples with two to four singles or children. In total, we can sleep ten people in comfort.  All the modern appliances and equipment are provided in the kitchen to make you feel right at home in the luxury you will be accustomed to in your own home.  We also provide 100% cotton linen with bath towels and soaps as well as coffee and teas. 

The house features a 24-hour armed response security service with alarm system, full satellite TV, and a cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost.
