Climate: Summer - the temperature varies from 10 degrees at night to 30 degrees C in the heat of the day.
Winter - the temperature varies from night to day. Daytime temperatures are mild normally about 20 degrees C. Night time temperatures are considerably colder dropping to around –2 degrees C. Temperatures drop dramatically just after sunset.
What to Take:
December to March: Summer Clothes. A warm jacket or jersey for the cooler mornings and evenings. April to November: Winter clothes. A very warm insulated Jacket for the cold morning and nights. Swimming costume, sun block, insect repellent, sun hat, sunglasses and lip balm are recommended.

St. Andrews - · Our largest facility is one large room that can be divided into two smaller rooms. This room is ideal for a large conference group or a dinner dance. Maximum seating capacity 150 people.
Meadows - Small venue that adjoins St. Andrews. Can either be utilized as breakaway rooms for the larger venue or used as a smaller conference venue for a small intimate group. Maximum seating capacity 30 people.
Library Room - Wooden panelling, book shelves, fireplace and bar counter create a warm atmosphere for a conference, banquet, cocktails or wedding. Maximum seating capacity 100 people.
The Boardroom - Conference venue with a difference - with an en-suite bathroom the lounge en suite ideal for tea breaks or a small breakaway room. Maximum seating capacity 30 people.
The Barn - Exclusive conference venue is situated at the Irene Dairy. State of the art technology and warm hospitable service. Located in the loft of the original barn. Maximum seating capacity 60 people.
