Situated in the heart of the Garden Route this beautiful modern self-catering holiday house is within walking distance of the beach and Swartvlei lagoon. The house consists of two separate units: Ground Floor. Separate two bedroomed flat which is permanently occupied. First Floor

Consists of five bedrooms, three bathrooms, main bedroom en-suite, fully equipped kitchen with lounge and dining room. Comfortably sleeps eight people. Lounge, dining room and kitchen with under-floor heating. The First Floor of this house is rented as a whole unit. For private use only. Costs are for a maximum of eight people – additional charge of R50.00 per person per day can be arranged on request. Bring along your own towels.
