The Magalies River flows strongly all year round attracting a large variety of birds, butterflies and river creatures. The resident Leguaan takes a sunbathe on the rocks in the river!
Activities include bird-watching, swimming, walking along, or just relaxing on the river banks. Golf driving range, horse-riding, tennis, squash, hot air ballooning all nearby.
We offer a kiddies pool and a large swimming pool, our rolling lawns meet the river front in perfect harmony. For the keen fisherman we offer catch and release facilities (most of the fish are Trophy size).
The lodge consists of six rooms and a lounge. We have one self catering unit which sleeps six people. All units are fully air-conditioned and luxuriously furnished.
There are approx. 180 different bird species, and some smaller game. We cater for leisure guests, weddings, small conferences, birthday parties and another reason you have to celebrate!
