Description

Horizon Bay 501 is a modern and luxurious four-sleeper apartment situated just 50 m from the sandy white beach of Table View. From the large balcony guests can enjoy a fantastic view of Cape Town, with Table Mountain in the background. The apartment is located just 20 minutes' drive from the city centre and is fully equipped for self-catering.

Horizon Bay 501 is fully furnished and comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open-plan lounge and dining area opening onto a large balcony. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and features doors opening out onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains two single beds and the second bathroom features a bath and a shower. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine, drying facility, microwave, oven and hob, and a fridge-freezer. The dining room is open plan to the lounge area with cable TV which leads out onto a large entertainment balcony.

The Horizon Bay complex is a secure complex with 24-hour security access control. The complex offers a communal outdoor swimming pool, an elevator, restaurants and shops, and a hairdresser. It is also within walking distance to local restaurants and shops, as well as a Virgin Active gym. Two undercover secure parking bays are provided for guests' use.

Bloubergstrand beach offers one of the most beautiful and most photographed views of Table Mountain and the city, and it is from here that the perfect picture postcards are often taken. Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned, can be seen quite clearly from the beach at Blouberg. The coastline boasts long, sandy beaches popular with families, sports enthusiasts and surfers, and in season, is also a great view point for whale watching. Within a stone's throw of the beach, an array of restaurants offers excellent dining.

Blouberg also offers a variety of modern shopping malls, most of which include big chain stores and smaller boutiques as well as banking facilities, restaurants, coffee shops and movie theatres; exactly as you would expect from one of the fastest growing areas in Cape Town. Blouberg is a popular holiday destination situated close to all that the Cape has to offer and is well-known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere.

Nearby places of interest include Table Mountain, Lion's Head, the V&A Waterfront, Cape Point, Stellenbosch, Robben Island, Boulders Beach, District Six Museum, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Chapman's Peak Drive, the Two Oceans Aquarium, and Simon's Town.
