Hochland Nest is a beautiful hideway place ideal to relax and enjoy the amazing settings of the mountains and wildlife. The staff are friendly and the food was good. Something I was disappointed with however was that there was not a lot of choice regarding the lunch or dinner menu - you could choose between two main dishes.

Description
Hochland Nest is uniquely located, almost unnoticed and nestles beneath canopy of the Khomas Hochland mountains and Fredenhou dam. Shaded by camelthorn trees, the lodge is testament to the ingenuity of an eco-friendly design. As the sun steals its last rays, strokes of purple emanate from the far mountains can be captured love where you can feed your soul and feel the nature.
Hochland Nest is a mere 40 minutes drive from Windhoek and is the ideal breakaway from the city or for a tourist to start or end their journey in Namibia.
What makes Hochland Nest so unique is the fact that it is next to the Friedenah Dam, which has water through out the year.
The Lodge is cozy and intimate with friendly staff providing attention to each and every guest. A Home away from Home. Four standard chalets and two luxury chalets individually styled and furnished,each with private en-suite bathroom and secluded outdoor deck.
Generous spacing between the chalets ensures complete privacy.
For the corporate market it is ideal for team building, management meetings or staff getaways. Hochland Nest caters for functions up to 20 Persons.
