Situated on the scenic banks of the Crocodile River this luxury, thatch-roof house overlooks the Kruger National Park. Hippo Hills accommodates 10 guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs has three large bedrooms; one double and two twin beds. These lead to a large viewing deck and bar area where visitors can enjoy a sunset drink while watching a variety of bird and animal life.
Downstairs has two more bedrooms one double and one twin. All the rooms enjoy air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, an exceptional view of the Crocodile River from each bedroom makes for an incredible African memory.
The double-story house has an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge area with satellite television and PVR. As a visitor, you have the option to cater for yourself using the fully serviced kitchen and outside braai or dine at the a-la-carte restaurant, which boasts a large selection of fine African cuisine.
Experience game drives in the Kruger National Park, walks amongst wild animals, stargazing in the African sky, open air dining and bird watching. Hippo Hills is located within the fences of the Kruger National Park and visitors, while lounging in the private swimming pool, have spotted all the Big 5. Hippo Hills sits on a riverbed where the bird-life is magnificent lie on the deck and hear the distinct call of the African Fish Eagle.

Character: The most exciting aspect of the house is the possibility of seeing game, even the Big 5, at all times of day and night.
Security: There is a 24 hour guard service on the property.
Location: The house is located within the borders of the Kruger National Park which makes animal sightings possible. In order to drive into the park, our guests can drive 8 km and enter at the Crocodile Bridge Gate.
Friendliness: The staff are absolutely lovely and will make you feel like you are home away from home.
Fun: We have gamedrives, tennis courts, bat houses, bird watching, animal lookout points, putt-putt, a restaurant, a bar and many more.
Cleanliness: The house is serviced daily.
African Safari: If self-driving is not ideal, our guests can contact the Crocodile Bridge Gate for open-vehicle game drives or guided bush walks in the park.
Wellness & Spa: There is a beauty spa on the property for all your holiday needs e.g. facial and full back massage.
Family: Children are more than welcome at the house and will enjoy the facilities of the resort such as putt-putt, trampoline, four swimming pools, tennis courts and a games room.
Golf: All courses are located between 20-70 minutes from Hippo Hills: Leopard Creek, Skukuza Golf Course, Nelspruit Golf Course and Komatipoort Golf Course.
Luxury: The house is fully serviced and your bed is made up every day. There is a dishwashing machine for your convenience and pvr satellite for relaxation.
