Description

This beautiful B and B and Healing Centre is set in the picturesque mountain village of Greyton and offers on-site massage, reiki, kinesiology, and reflexology. The B and B boasts five spacious garden rooms, all with private entrances, in exquisite, large woodland gardens with swimming pool.

Breakfasts are raved about in various publications, and comprise mostly organic, fresh, daily menu changes, served by the owners. High Hopes is the closest B and B to all hiking and cycling trails and to Greyton Nature Reserve, and restaurants, galleries, and tennis courts are all within easy walking distance.

A peaceful B and B and retreat venue in the heart of the Western Cape's Overberg region, the oasis of High Hopes is only an hour and a half from Cape Town and Cape Town International Airport.

Character: The character of High Hopes is decidedly Victorian, but with some quirky touches.

Wellness & Spa: We offer wellness retreats including accommodation, meditation, meals, kinesiology, life-coaching, and relaxing therapies.

Great Outdoors: We are the closest B&B to the world-famous Boesmanskloof Hiking Trail, the 18km walk through the Sonderend Mountains to the village of McGregor. We are also closest to the entrances to the Greyton and the Cape Nature Reserves.

Gay Managed: The property is gay managed.

Wedding Venues: Exquisite country wedding venue, especially for a garden ceremony for up to 80 guests. Fantastic photographic venue, friendly hosts, and only an hour and a half from Cape Town.

Conference venue: We are used as a small break-away conference venue by senior management, small academic planning committees, as well as a sabbatical venue.

Disabled Friendly: We have one room with a hand-rail in the toilet. Our entrances to three of our five rooms are wheelchair friendly and the disabled community are most welcome.

Relaxation: Have a massage or reflexology treatment in the comfort of your own room, or in our treatment room overlooking the lily pond.
