The house is centrally situated in the beautiful tree-lined streets of Newlands - within walking distance of the famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. This modern fully furnished and equipped house has eight large bedrooms; four bedrooms have double beds and the other four have queen-size beds.

The house has unique features which include luxury Victorian baths, power showers and a private courtyard leading to a relaxing garden. The bedrooms are uniquely decorated and supplied with quality linen and towels, and all have bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with modern appliances, a double oven, dishwasher, two fridges and a microwave. There are industrial laundry facilities on the premises. The open-plan kitchen and living area flows into the dining room with a fabulous oak dining table, the lounge and an outdoor patio and deck. The deck is equipped with braai facilities and sunloungers perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the African sky.

The house is situated on a quiet road which is patrolled by 24-hour security personnel. There is off-street parking for six cars on the property, behind an electronic gate and secure walls. Newlands is one of the city’s most beautiful and trendy suburbs with international sporting stadiums, golf courses and Cavendish Square offering a variety of shops, banks, cafés, local pubs, world-famous restaurants and nightlife. Table Mountain is easily accessible through the botanical gardens and is perfect for scenic walks, hikes, birding and even a swim in the natural waterfall pools.
