Hawk Mere Self-catering and B&B is situated at the southern end of Chapman’s Peak Drive, about 2 km from Noordhoek Beach and on the outskirts of the quaint village of Noordhoek.

We have three self-catering units; Peregrine is this is a sunny studio room which opens onto the courtyard. The unit has an open-plan kitchenette and sitting area with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Mews has two bedrooms; the main bedroom is an open-plan room with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath. There is a kitchenette and living area, and the second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The Taita has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and kettle.

Whether you are a business traveller or just crave a winter hideaway or a summer break, we offer the perfect getaway destination. At the heart of the Cape Peninsula, it is an excellent base from which to explore Cape Town and surrounds.

The one-acre garden has views of the Noordhoek Wetlands or estuary system as well as the mountains. We are fortunate to be able to see a good number of raptors hunting over the wetlands daily, these include the African Fish Eagle, Marsh Harrier, Black Shouldered Kite, Black Sparrowhawk and Goshawk. This makes us very popular with birdwatchers.
