Guernsey Breakaway Chalets

Guernsey Breakaway Chalets is situated on a private property, surrounded by private game reserves with the Orpen and Phalaborwa gates, entrances to the Kruger National Park, nearby.

These five en-suite chalets are very private and cool with high thatch roofs. Three chalets sleep four guests and two chalets sleep five guests comfortably. They all have air-conditioning and a clear swimming pool at the main residence are connected with their individual walking paths. Each chalet has a fully equipped kitchen with a two-plate stove, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge and a kettle. There is a Boma with braai area outside each chalet. The chalets are serviced daily with clean towels and bedding. One of these chalets is wheelchair friendly.

A farm shop provides you with charcoal, wood, ice, cold drinks, fuel etc. Wildlife to see are Waterbuck, Bushbuck, Nyala, Reedbuck, Blue Wildebeest, Giraffe, Warthog and a variety of bird life. For the more adventurous there will be a secret bush shower, hidden on one of the trails, where one can cool off after an energetic bush trail. Fishing opportunities are available at a choice of three dams where one can expect to catch Breem, Bass, Yellow Fish, Catfish and Eel. Guests interested in fishing should please bring their own fishing gear.
