Grotto Bay Villa 2 is a three-bedroom self-catering home set in a private nature reserve. This waterfront property offers everything one needs to relax and read all the books you never had time for; there is nothing better than the charm of this West Coast property. The double doors all open up, giving the sense of living outside. The Villa is an unpretentious and welcoming escape for travellers and families who appreciate the warmth of luxury living and hospitality.
Grotto Bay Villa 2 features three bedrooms, a lounge area, a dining area, a quaint open-plan kitchen, and a verandah. The master bedroom is upstairs and contains an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains twin single beds. These two rooms are both downstairs and share the large bathroom with a shower and a bath. One of the downstairs bedrooms also has doors opening onto the verandah and a TV with DStv decoder, but you will have to provide your own smart card. Crisp linen and towels are supplied.
The lounge features a fireplace and wood is provided. The dining table can seat up to eight guests, and the quaint kitchen offers everything one needs to cook up a delicious meal, while sitting around the large wooden table with your friends.
The verandah features a small wood barbecue and a gas barbecue, as well as outdoor tables and chairs and extra loungers for sun bathing. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after returning from the beach. In addition, 24-hour security with access control ensures guests' peace of mind.
