The house is a Tuscan self catering townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with WC and shower, the other one with bath, WC and shower upstairs. 2 of the bedrooms have double beds and one have two single beds. It sleeps 6.
Downstairs is a guest WC, a lounge/dining room, open plan kitchen with washing machine, microwave, tumble drier and dishwasher. All granite tops. There is also a small store room downstairs.
There is a single garage. Outside is a small garden with braai facilities. The development is very secure. It was built in 2005 and the finishes are very good. It is very quiet, walking distance from the Strand beach and next to the Strand golf course.
