Gorges Lodge Victoria Falls

Wonderful stay here at the Gorges, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the accommodation had a great view and the food was lovely. Overall a fantastic stay at the Gorges Lodge!

Although my husband and I only spent one night here, we fell in love with it immediately. The lodge is secluded, peaceful and and a nature lover's paradise. Each room overlooks the Zambezi from 250 meters above, just stunning. We saw the sunset from our bedroom window. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped with lush plants and flowers. I think this must be the most beautiful hotel in Zimbabwe. The dinnertime food was plentiful and very reasonably priced, and the breakfast was wonderful as well. The staff was lovely and so helpful. We cannot say enough and regret that we only had one night there. It was definitely not long enough!

To start our holiday in the Victoria Falls area at Gorges Lodge could not have been a better choice.......the accommodation, views and most importantly the wonderful staff made for a great holiday.

This place is truely amazing and idealic. The views are awesome, the lodges have lots of special little touches and the food was first class. You will be well looked after if you stay here as the staff are friendly but not overbearing. We would have loved to stay longer and would definately return if we went back to Vic Falls. Excellent value for money too.
