The upper-level patio is extensive and boasts panoramic views of the ocean and the golf course. Golf House also features a large open-plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, and honesty bar area. The establishment is fully fenced and secure parking is available. In addition, an unfenced swimming pool is ideal to cool off in on hot summer days.

Southbroom is situated in the heart of the "Golf Coast" - within 20 minutes there are five excellent golf courses. Golf House is on the Southbroom Golf Course, close to the Southbroom Golf Club House. It is only a short stroll to the beach and tidal pool, and visitors are also welcome at the local bowls and tennis clubs. Amenities in the area include two restaurants, a supermarket, garage, and a medical centre.
