Situated a mere 800 metres from the popular Cascades shopping centre in the leafy northern suburb of Montrose, and less than 5 minutes’ drive to the Liberty Midlands Mall and the N3 highway, Gecko Hill is a popular bed and breakfast/self-catering destination. An accommodation type one is a self-catering cottages - Acacia Cottage/Stinkwood Cottage, types two is en-suite Room -Aloe Suite and types three is the Lodge.

Victoria Country Club and office park overlook our suburb of Montrose and is approximately 3 km away and Two lovely nature reserves are in close proximately Queen Elizabeth Park and Fern cliff Nature Reserve both have lovely walking trails and picnic areas. numerous and varied country restaurants is easy to access in the vicinity of Midmar Dam and the nearby village of Howick.

We enjoyed our stay at Gecko Hill very much. Sharon was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely not hesitate in recommending this to anyone. The proximity to the shopping centres was very useful.
