Garden Route Casino Hotel and Spa is a stylish up-market accommodation and conference establishment, graded four Star by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA). The Hotel is situated adjacent to The Garden Route Casino and the world-renowned Pinnacle Point Beach and Golf Resort.

The Hotel has 31 double standard rooms, ten twin standard rooms and two Presidential suites. Garden Route Casino Hotel & Spa has three venues and caters for functions and conferences from ten to 150 people. The Caravel Room is ideal for that dream wedding, seating up to 150 guests.

The Wellness Spa has professional and friendly therapists and is fully equipped, which incorporates four treatment rooms, a Sauna and a Hydro Bath. Blue Hibiscus Restaurant caters for breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week. The restaurant is open to Hotel guests and the public.

Enjoyed it, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast wasn't fantastic, only ok. Dinner at Admiral's wasn't fantastic, jelly for desert, veggies overcooked, bad quality sausages, etc.

Nobody at reception everytime we were there. Waited 20min for eggs at breakfast. Bill was incorrect, Safari Now deposit was not taken off. Won't go back!

Thanks you to all the friendly and helpful staff at GR Casino Hotel and Spa. It being our anniversary, we were spoilt with sparkling wine and a lovely fruit platter on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Breakfasts were delicious and whenever we asked for something, it was done within minutes.

We had a lovely stay at the Garden Route Casino and Spa. The staff were lovely and Aneen at the front deck was welcoming. Thank you for the pleasure of staying in the President Suite. What a lovely touch for my husbands 70th birthday. We also enjoyed seeing the sights of Pinnacle Point with the driver showing us the sights of the golf course. We hope to be back again in the not too distant future. The breakfast was also very good as were the dining room staff. Such a pleasure to be greeted in a warm and friendly manner. A smile goes a long way. Other hospitality venues should think about it.
