Stay was perfect. Hotel in good shape except for 4 things:
Bedside stand unit - back leg was broken and unit was therefore lop sided - I did report it to reception; no replacement during our short stay.
Only 2 large bathroom towels available in bathroom for use.
1 coffee sachet and 2 sugars in dispenser.
Bedside lights were unplugged - heavy bed had to be shifted to reach electric wall plug.

Enjoyed it, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast wasn't fantastic, only ok. Dinner at Admiral's wasn't fantastic, jelly for desert, veggies overcooked, bad quality sausages, etc.

Nobody at reception everytime we were there. Waited 20min for eggs at breakfast. Bill was incorrect, Safari Now deposit was not taken off.
Won't go back!

Thanks you to all the friendly and helpful staff at GR Casino Hotel and Spa. It being our anniversary, we were spoilt with sparkling wine and a lovely fruit platter on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Breakfasts were delicious and whenever we asked for something, it was done within minutes.

We had a lovely stay at the Garden Route Casino and Spa. The staff were lovely and Aneen at the front deck was welcoming. Thank you for the pleasure of staying in the President Suite. What a lovely touch for my husbands 70th birthday. We also enjoyed seeing the sights of Pinnacle Point with the driver showing us the sights of the golf course. We hope to be back again in the not too distant future. The breakfast was also very good as were the dining room staff. Such a pleasure to be greeted in a warm and friendly manner. A smile goes a long way. Other hospitality venues should think about it.
