Come and experience the peace, comfort &
friendly farm atmosphere of Good Hope. Follow the tree lined drive through the working citrus farm, past the unusual sighting of a young baobab tree far to the south of its normal habitat, to the comfortable farmhouse, where Mark & Sandi warmly welcome you.

Rose Cottage – situated at the far end of our gardens this cottage affords lots of privacy. Twin beds, full bathroom, kitchenette and lounge area (with day bed) that leads out to an enclosed patio and private garden.

Serenity and Tranquillity Flatlets – these flatlets are situated below the main farmhouse and perfect for a group of 4/5 traveling together. They have their own entrances, en suites and a sheltered patio and lovely garden for your enjoyment.

Lavender and Agapanthus Rooms – these two rooms are situated in the main farmhouse with beautiful views and have their own private lounge and patio looking out over the orchards, pool and gardens. Shared separate full bathroom.


After a day of game viewing come home for a swim, take a stroll through the orchards or simply relax in the well established gardens enjoying the incredible birdlife and vistas over the orchards.

Situated in the heart of the Sundays River Valley we are 10 minutes from the Addo Elephant Park and in easy reach of many private game reserves in the area. Day and night game drives in the different reserves/parks can be booked by your hosts.

For the more adventurous canoe and horse trails, elephant back rides, 4x4 trails, fishing trips and hiking can also be arranged.

Country resturants are conveniently situated nearby for evening meals or you can make use of the on-site BBQ/braai facilities.
