Fudge Guest Cottage is a quaint French-style cottage, homely and comfortable, in the heart of Vermont holiday village.

Fudge is ideally located in the greater Hermanus area, easily accessible and only an hour’s drive from Cape Town International Airport. The cottage has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The lounge and dining area is ideal for those drizzly days when only a comfortable couch and a good book would do. The attention to detail is exquisite, the breakfasts are creative, and the service is warm and welcoming.

The unspoilt surrounds include the Vermont Salt Pan, a flamingo breeding ground teaming with bird life, as well as the nearby Walker Bay Nature Reserve. From your doorstep you can either take a short stroll down to the beach, or endeavour to walk the gorgeous Vermont Trail, stretching from neighbouring Onrus to the sand dunes of Brekvis Bay's undisturbed beaches with the majestic Onrust Mountain as backdrop.

Whether you're just passing through, or you need a soul-restoring getaway, Fudge Guest Cottage will be glad to make your nights restful and your days cosy and comfortable.

Really good accommodation and the lovliest couple. From the rooms to the location to the breakfast - everything was top notch!

We had a nice stay at Fudge Guest Cottage. The hosts Rika and Henning are very friendly people and offered us a warm welcome. The cottage is small but very nicely furnished and decorated with so much love for detail. The breakfast was delicious and more a brunch than breakfast. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Although accommodation was not as we expected and photos attached on Safarinow.com. But still we enjoyed due to amazing hospitality by the owner. We love the way, how they entertain their guests. Breakfast was excellent, so it's good as B&B, just they need to work on there accommodation part. Rest is great.

The cottage is in a perfect location to the coast with a really nice walk down to the rocks and rock pools of the area. A very beautiful coastline with gorgeous views and a wonderful path to walk on which included a board walk. Perfect for kids and grownups alike. The children had a wonderful time even with the rain, and so did the grownups.
