FranDori Guesthouse

FranDori Guesthouse is a new luxury establishment. We are situated 12 kilometres/7 minutes’ drive from Welkom on the R70 towards Hennenman and Odendaalsrus and just off the M1 to Kroonstad and Johannesburg.

We have seven rooms consisting of two family rooms with three-quarter size sleeper coaches, two luxury/honeymoon suites with either a jet bath or a massage shower and three double rooms. Due to the fact that two of the double rooms are slightly smaller they can be made available as single rooms at a reduced rate.

All rooms are fitted with a colour television and its own DStv decoder to enable you to view the channels you would like to view. The rooms are also equipped with bar a fridge that is stocked with cold drinks, fruit juice, energy drinks and snacks like chocolates and a tray with crisps and popcorn. For our cold winters all beds have an electric blanket to keep you comfortable. All rooms are air-conditioned. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom with either a bath or frame-less shower.

All our guests have a parking area right in front of their rooms and the property is closed off with a remote controlled sliding gate for security. All the guests are given a remote control with a panic button that is monitored by an external armed response company for total protection of our guests and their property.

Breakfast is served in a neat dining room each morning and a wide variety of cereals and fruit as well as hot meals are available. We also cater for corporate clients that need a conference facility and can accommodate up to 40 delegates in our thatched lapa. The conference area can also be utilized for small weddings and parties.
