We had a 9 day stay at Peace of Eden. Friendly, helpful people around and the children loved the daily pony rides.

We had a wonderful time at "Peace of Eden" and were shown great hospitality by Jen and Howard, our lovely, warm hosts. The children were indulged with pony rides and were delighted to run free on the farm's beautiful lawns and hike down to the creek, to catch tadpoles.

There are a host of things to do close by, from adventure activities to gentle forest walks, hikes, mountain bike trails, forest horse rides, abseiling, paragliding and canoeing on the river, and all are only 5 - 15 minutes from Peace of Eden,
Please note we do not have televisions, radios nor air conditioning, we offer a simple 'peaceful' back to nature experience
We have our own ' legendary ' qualified nature guide who offers specialised birding, forest & nature hikes, walks or tours incl cultural & township tours from 2 hours to a full day.
We also do tours to Oudtshoorn, Addo Elephant Park, Baviaans Kloof Wildernes Reserve and the Transkei Wild Coast.

An artists delight this house abounds with creativity and a warm family ambience. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 dbl and 1 twin and a dbl bunk in the large lounge on request. A large open plan farm house kitchen dinning room leading onto timber decks on both sides of the house. 2 large beautiful safari style bathrooms. Large lounge with open fire place. It has television, dvd player & washing machine.
Available for a minimum stay of 7 nights during high seasons and a min of 3 nights during other times in the year.

It has a small double bedroom and a larger one with 2 twin beds, ( can sleep 2 more in lounge on request ) a bathroom with shower, open plan dining room & large well equiped kitchen, spacious lounge leading onto a covered veranda draped with bouganvilla, edged with the scent of basil & lavender. There is a large fire pit for braai's on the lawned area in front. |
