We were very disappointed after arriving to our room as it was nothing like the pictures you find on the website (s). I felt ripped off for the price I paid. The breakfast was excellent and partially made up for the poor room experience.
I booked the executive suit, but the first night of my reservation was taken by other people. They said it was a mistake by a new staff member. My wife and my mother with my baby had to stay in family suit. A room with 6 beds, with bad infrastructure. It was terrible night. The other two night turned out to be nice but when I checked out, the staff said I did not pay anything.
GREAT PLACE TO RELAX WITH FAMILY, THE STAFF IS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO HELP. THE FOOD WAS GREAT TOO.
The room was comfortable and the food was great.
We checked in on the 22.11 and we were welcomed with warm hands. The staff was excellent. The rooms were immaculate and had everything we needed. Breakfast was scrumptious and filling. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Due to our hectic schedule we did not have time to enjoy the Spa. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to everyone at Floreat who made our stay there memorable and warm.
