Description

Flore is a self-catering villa located on Casanou family property on the most sought-after beach of Trou aux Biches. Flore is one of two semi-detached duplexes, slightly recessed from the front four apartments, with a lawn sloping down to the beach.

Flore offers three air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and downstairs there is a shaded terrace with awnings, a lounge and dining area, a guest toilet, and a kitchen. The tastefully decorated and furnished lounge and dining area features a ceiling fan and a TV with satellite channels and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, and the small covered terrace contains awnings and a ceiling fan, overlooking the lawn and almond tree, with a view out over the sea.

The three air-conditioned bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite shower and toilet, the second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom contains twin beds. These two rooms share a further shower and toilet. The villa is serviced daily, except on Sundays. Free Wi-Fi is available and a small portable barbecue is provided for outdoor use. The villa is also protected by an electronic burglar alarm with immediate response.

In front of the villa is a lovely wide beach of powdery white sand, inviting guests to laze and bathe in the sun, while the children build sand castles. The lagoon, being well-protected by the barrier reef, is very safe - even for children - for swimming and snorkelling. Activities available nearby include a glass bottom boat, wind surfing, kite-surfing, parasailing and flying ultra light aircrafts.
