All units are equipped with DSTV,coffee and tea trays and welcoming bathroom amenities. Units are tastefully decorated in a warm and luxurious Afro-colonial style.The thatched roofs and terracotta floors add up to the cool ambiance which is so much part of this Northern part of the Lowveld. Guests can dine in the elegant Le'Thaba Restaurant and choose from our tempting a'la carte or set menu. A variety of South African dishes are served with an emphasis on the freshest local products like avocados, Lunsklip trout and all the superb fruit and vegetables, which can be sourced from our fertile valley!!! Personal selected wines from some of South Africa's finest wine estates compliment our menu. Fairview River Lodge offers upmarket conference facilities to every group's specified requirements. A variety of five different venues are available, and can accommodate between thirty to four hundred delegates. All venues are equipped with air conditioners and state of the art technology.

Professional instructors could conduct team-building activities like paintball; abseiling, canoeing and trapeze walk over the river. For the more outdoor inclined... * Fly fishing for large scale Yellow fish in the cool deep pools of the Letaba River * Take a challenge on the par-3 golf course and test your short game skills over dams, pot bunkers, sand bunkers and occasionally over the river. * Enjoy a brisk walk along our 3,5km walking trail and learn more about our indigenous heritage. * Sit quietly and watch how an abundance of birdlife frolics in the lush foliage.



For the more adventurous... Kloofing, caving, mountain biking, quad biking , white-water rafting, absailing, tubing and rock-climbing can be arranged at one of our local Adventure Centres, as well as 4x4 trails and hot air ballooning . Fairview River Lodge is conveniently situated on the R71, only 1,2 km from Tzaneen CBD, 97 km from the main gate of the Kruger National park, and near all most popular tourism attractions.
