Fairview Historic Homestead is situated 8 km from the closest beach and close to various golf courses and George Airport. This homestead was first registered in 1864, in those days as a farm, but today as a historical site in central George.

The spacious rooms are furnished with antiques. Two of them have working Victorian fireplaces and all of them offer all modern amenities expected from a 4 Star guest house. Dinner is offered on request. Private parking is free.

Guests can walk in the landscaped gardens, including a kitchen garden and small orchard. A leisurely English breakfast can be enjoyed on the back terrace next to the swimming pool while enjoying a spectacular view of the Outeniqua Mountains.

Wedding Venues: Available 10 am to 4 pm; makes perfect sense if you are getting married at a venue surrounding George as the make-up artist, hair dresser, photographer can attend to the bride at a central venue.
