Description

This relaxed house is surrounded by natural fynbos and is ideal for a family wanting an affordable holiday home within walking distance from the beach. There are beautiful sea views from the upstairs balcony and magnificent mountain views to the north.

This is a great family home to get away from it all. This house is child friendly and pets are allowed, however smoking is not allowed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric stove-oven, a toaster and a microwave. There is a scullery with a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Downstairs is the outdoor braai area with a portable fire pit. The lounge area has an indoor fireplace for the chilly nights. There is a TV with only local channels and a CD player. Beach towels are not provided please bring your own.

The little seaside village of Pringle Bay is one of the towns set within the natural beauty of the Kogelberg Biosphere. The naturally beautiful environment is home to a wide variety of bird life and animals. Only an hour’s drive from Cape Town, Pringle Bay offers an idyllic outdoor lifestyle with safe swimming and snorkelling around the many rock pools and crevices on the beach.

Pringle Bay falls within a protected area, one needs a permit to fish, and all the breeding bird colonies in the area are protected. Other activities in the area include hiking trails through the Kogelberg Nature Reserve. Or you can simply sit on the expansive beach at Pringle Bay and drink in the beauty of the surrounds.
