Edelweiss is a highly rated, upmarket Bed and Breakfast located in the quiet residential area of Paradyskloof, directly opposite Stellenbosch Golf Course. Being so close to the R44, we have easy access to Technopark, wine routes, and the beaches of False Bay.

We offer affordable luxury accommodation in five newly decorated double rooms, each with a beautiful new en-suite bathroom. Continental breakfasts are served in the dining room or on the patio, overlooking the pool area and Simonsberg, and we will gladly assist in planning day trips, wine tasting, golf rounds, and restaurant bookings.

Your hosts, Mollie and Willi Kern, will ensure that you enjoy the best of true South African and Austrian hospitality. We speak Afrikaans, English and German. Children over 12 years are welcome. Smoking area available.

We had a wonderful time at Edelweiss Bed & Breakfast, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending Edelweiss Bed & Breakfast to all our friends and family. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you very much.

I had a fantastic short stay at Edelweiss. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are brand new, quiet and clean. Will certainly come back!
