Description

This luxurious Villa is the perfect destination for large families, groups of friends and golfing parties. The house is situated high on the Clovelly Mountain, a stone's throw away from the renowned Clovelly Golf Course and five minutes from the beach.

This luxury villa contains eight bedrooms and can sleep a total of 16 guests. All bedrooms are equipped with DStv, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks and lead onto private patios with magnificent views over the Fish Hoek valley. Underfloor heating, heaters and electric blankets are provided for those chilly Cape Town winter nights. Enjoy magnificent sunsets or the valley's night lights in our lovely, warm Jacuzzi. A solar heated pool is available for our guests.

All linen and towels are provided. Laundry services and facilities are available and the rooms get serviced daily, except for public holidays.

The downstairs area consists of two suites. Both suites contain en-suite bathrooms and this floor boasts a private lounge/dining area and a kitchenette. The middle floor sleeps four to six guests. It contains a big family room, a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A lovely bar forms part of the living area. Two large bedrooms, with separate bathrooms, and a double sleeper couch in the sun room makes for ideal accommodation for the big family. The house also boasts a separate, self-contained flat that sleeps four guests. The flat contains two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on opposite sides of a lounge area. Outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities makes this unit ideal for entertaining. A kitchenette provides all that is needed for the self-catering guest. Two additional guests can be accommodated in another separate flatlet.

We are centrally located for visits to Cape Point, various wine routes and the V&A Waterfront. Relax in luxury only five minutes from the beach.
