We advise anyone wishing tro obtain a Visa from the American Embassy to stay at Dunedin. This establisment is centrally situated and Ian is a perfect Host.

Description
Dunedin Guest House is situated in the leafy suburb of Tokai in the heart of the Constantia Valley.
A warm ambience has been created with particular emphasis on comfort to make you feel at home.
Within easy reach of city, mountains, golf courses, and beaches. Very comfortable en-suite bedrooms with TV, radio, ceiling fan, heater, and hospitality tray.
All rooms lead directly to patio, garden, pool and braai facilities. Relax in guest lounge or enjoy a sundowner by the pool. Secure off-street parking, traditional and continental breakfast is served.
Lots of restaurants, entertainment, and sports facilities nearby. We regret we cannot take children under 12 because of the proximity of the swimming pool.
