Description

Duiwekloof is an exquisite destination in the Baviaanskloof. The magnificent lodge with stone finishes, low impact roof and driftwood supports make for a beautiful structure which enhances the unique surroundings. The lodge consists of 4 self catering units, a large covered lounge and entertainment area. The natural swimming pool is supplied by water piped from the mountain. There is no electricity on the farm. Lights, warm water, stoves and fridges are gas driven. Facilities are suitable for the physically disabled. Please take note that a R100 refundable breakage deposit is payable on arrival.

A lovely stay in this new "Cave Cottage" with rocky backdrop to double bed and double shower room. Nice deck facing the kloof mountainside. Friendly staff. Good for a few nights stay-over. Lovely rock poll and communal facilities in the main lodge lapa.

Thank you for a lovely stay in Bateleur room in Duiwekloof. We arrived early on Saturday as we had misjudged the distance from the previous stay-over... and in spite of that we were welcomed and made comfortable. We did a spectacular walk to the "Orrel grot" and the pool beyond the campsite. Magnificent country!

We thoroughly enjoyed it.
