Duinerus Self Catering Accommodation is a cosy, luxurious and comfortable Guest house that is situated conveniently close to the N1 in a quiet, up market suburb of Universitas Ridge in Bloemfontein.

Duinerus offers you excellent self-catering accommodation in three twin rooms or one family room. Our luxurious twin rooms each have en-suite bathroom with two single beds. Our bathrooms are adapted to support people with assisted living needs and a certain level of physical disability. Each room has TV with SABC, M-Net and selected DStv channels and each guest has has a separate personal fridge in the kitchen.

Our top of the class family unit/business suite has a bedroom, bathroom, lounge and semi self-catering kitchen. The unit is equipped with a double and single bed, but can accommodate five people if needed. Ingredients for a self-help continental breakfast, cereals, milk, yogurt and juice is automatically included.

All our rooms offer affordable accommodation well suited for business travellers, tourists, hospital visitors or sport/culture loving guests who want to enjoy a fun-filled weekend in our friendly city alike. Braai facilities and secure undercover off street parking is available. We are close to the UFS, major Sporting venues, Shopping Malls as well as Universitas, Medi-Clinic and Bloemcare Hospitals.

This Room has two single beds and can be converted in to double bed with en-suite bathroom shower only, outside entrance, built-in cupboard, desk and chair. The unit is semi-self-catering and fully equipped with kitchenette and breakfast nook with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and more. Carry cot available on request. The TV provides local SABC as well as DStv select channels. The room can be converted into a Twin Room when needed and is serviced daily.

I had real trouble finding accommodation in Bloemfontein, as our visit coincided with the 100th birthday celebrations of the African National Congress (ANC) and everywhere in town seemed to be booked out. After some difficulty, I managed to find the Duinerus Guest House - and what a find it was! Located in a quiet suburb sandwiched between the University of the Free State and the N1 highway. We had a very nice weekend at Duinerus accommodation last weekend. The rooms are clean and beautiful, we just loved the building. The bathrooms, wow! The kitchen, lovely. The place is like a hotel.
