Dolphin Bay Cottage is a freestanding double-storey private home in Munster. Sleeps a maximmum of 12.
It is on a north-facing promontory overlooking the beach and breakers at Dolphin Bay and the estuary of the Kandandlovu River. The lawn flows into the Admiralty Reserve with a pathway directly in front of the house leading down to the beach.
The property, in common with most surrounding properties, is unfenced to allow free movement of local wild life. Bushbuck, common duiker and blue-duiker are regular visitors. There is abundant birdlife.

Dining room seating 8. Main bedroom and bathroom – queen bed, en-suite toilet, hand basin, shower. Second bedroom – double bed.
Third bedroom -- two single beds. Fourth bedroom – two single beds . Bathroom – toilet, hand basin, bath, shower . Fifth bedroom upstairs with 2 single bunk beds, 1 double bed, balcony, no bathroom.
All bedrooms have built-in cupboards, except upstairs. bedroom with free-standing cupboard. There are sufficient pillows and duvets for all beds. Duvet covers, sheets, and pillowslips are provided for all bedrooms.
Towels are not provided. Kitchen with 4-plate hob, oven, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, iron and ironing board . Outside laundry with washing machine and tumble drier Crockery for 12 .
‘Single garage (lockable) and single carport . Large moveable braai’ . .Ceiling fans, soap, hairdryer. Change of linen and full service every 7 days’.
Cleaning and laundry services by arrangement. The house is fully armed and linked to Chubb Security. There is no Telkom landline.
