Dockpoint was built in 1906 being the port supervisors Edwardian Row Houses, now immaculately restored, situated in a network of Canals and waterways in the Point Waterfront, next to uShaka Beach.

The unit consists of three bedrooms, main en-suite, with a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third a double bunk bed. All the rooms lead out to private balconies. There is a second bathroom with a bath and shower. A large lounge, dining room which seats eight persons and the kitchen is fully fitted with Gaggenau appliances.

The unit is fitted with Unico ducted air-conditioning, high quality furniture, TV, DVD player and radio. There is a private swimming pool and basement parking for two cars and the unit has enough bedding for six persons.
