The property is within an easy driving distance from Cape Point, the town centre, Navy Dockyards, Fish Hoek and a 45-minute drive from central Cape Town. Simons Town is one of the oldest towns in South Africa and is filled with historic buildings, wonderful museums, restaurants and you can even tour a decommissioned submarine or go shark cage diving. The delightful Boulders Beach with the penguins is walking distance from the house.

The house consists of a loft area with a toilet and basin for the kids, two bedrooms, a lounge area in the loft, a lock-up garage, braai area, garden furniture, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and an open-plan living area with beautiful sea views. There is no cellphone signal due to the mountainous terrain.
